Luxury Real Estate in Houston
We're happy to have another guest blog from our friend in Woodlands, Texas, Jarrod Frenzel.

Luxury Home in Woodlands, TX

When people think of luxury real estate around the country, Houston is not usually the first thing that comes to mind. The fact is, the Houston area has one of the largest inventory of luxury homes in the country and is steadily growing. With the Texas economy flourishing, the Houston luxury real estate market is alive and well.

Forbes recently determined that Houston is the fastest growing millionaire city in the country, as the number of millionaires grew to almost 97,000 by the end of 2010. The oil and gas industry has helped keep the local economy strong through the national recession and the Houston real estate market has outperformed most others around the United States. The market was very strong in 2011 with a healthy number of sales over the $1 million mark. Builders have even started building multi-million dollar spec homes again in certain submarkets around the Houston area.

Located on the north side of Houston, the master planned community of The Woodlands has seen a lot of growth in luxury home market. People from all over the world are starting to take notice of this affluent area, with many purchasing second homes here. The mild winters, world class amenities, shopping, golf courses, and easy access to the intercontinental airport has made this an ideal place for wealthy individuals from abroad.

The Woodlands real estate has seen steady appreciation over the recent years and poised for some really great years ahead. With Exxon Mobil relocating all of their Houston employees to the area in 2013, residents are very optimistic about the future of their home values.

If you haven’t been to Houston before, now would be a good time to visit. The Woodlands is a great place to take a vacation with plenty of world class shopping and restaurants, golf courses, 4 star hotels and resorts, and much more. About Me:
I live in a little town called Little River that is right across the bridge from North Myrtle Beach, SC.  I have a website design and
marketing company,  and specialize in internet marketing for small businesses and real estate.  I've been in web marketing since 2003, and have worked with a variety of local businesses, although I concentrate most on real estate sites. My current "children" are for Myrtle Beach Real Estateand North Myrtle Beach Real Estate. Lots of blood, sweat and tears in those babies, I'm telling ya.

I've worked with real estate agents in about 8 different states now, and always happy to find another one.  I love to see an agent go from starving artist to wildly successful because of a website that I've worked really hard to make the best it can be. Same with any business site, though. Do a great job with content and marketing, and just about any business will benefit.

I can offer anything from a small business brochure site to a 100 plus page real estate website. I've done work with several IDX providers and can offer advice in that area as well.

My specialty is in making a website that is friendly to your customers first, but just as importantly, it places well with the search engines.  Depending on your budget, I can promote your site or teach you how to do it yourself.

My talents lie in content writing and blogging, as well as press releases, social profiles, photography, videography, and just about anything your business might need.  Visit my Myrtle Beach Web Design site for more information, examples, and pricing. I love finding ways to market a business as well as training others about the internet and the social sites.

I'm an avid blogger, a Democrat, and try to work with animal rights and cat rescue agencies when I can.  I'm also a lifetime fan of the Monkees, the Beatles, Carl Sagan, and  Star Trek. About the only things I can't tolerate are people who are mean to animals and any kind of religious fanatics. If this scares off a potential customer, then it's a good thing. The IDIC is more than a Trekkie term to me.
If you need help with marketing your business on the internet, give me a call and I'll see what I can do to help you!  Sorry, but I don't outsource and only work with people and companies in the US.
